Their service department is top notch!! Every time I’ve had to bring my bike in, they have always done an amazing job. Most recently, I had gotten a flat tire in the middle of nowhere with my Goldwing. Small town auto repair shop slapped a car valve stem in and got me on the road again. I had a rare opportunity to have a day off and decided to pull that wheel of and take it in to have the tire and valve stem replaced. My service advisor, Cody Dorste, manages to squeak me in without and appointment and done within an hour. He was super kind, professional and gave no false hope of how long it would take. His professionalism, knowledge and just being an amazing human that truly cares about his customers is why I will continue to come back. Thanks so much for yet another amazing service experience!!

Update: 11.18.23 test rode the Indian Challenger Dark Horse. I never thought I would ride a motorcycle that didn't have the forks arranged, but I did, and I have to say it's a dam great bike. I bit too much for me, but still. I'd you haven't demo'd this bike do it! Update 03.25.23 There are a lot of Indian motorcycles in the show room, if you haven't gone to see, go there now, totally different than before, different models too and more merchandise looks like a different store! They have all kinds of motorcycles. Indian show room is a bit smaller than the old place, but it can still hold quite a few different models. Update: 07.22.23 The buyer is doing better. In fact, they have more accessories than they had previously. There are a lot more bikes in the showroom now. They are still missing the two-tone models, I wonder if they still make them. Previous i wrote ... Whoever is the Indian motorcycle buyer, he or she isn't doing a good job of getting models in. It practically looks empty, and where are the two tone models?? We all love the classic two tone bike's.

I am going give 4 stars regardless of my thoughts. The people are great, The place is great, and the bikes are awesome. That I will give 5 stars. The biggest thing I totally hate is the hiding the cost of a new bike. Why is it a dealership does that? I looked at the bike I ended up buying and was first verbally told it was $30000. No way! I walked on and started shopping for a cheaper bike. By not knowing the true price I almost didn’t even buy the bike I really wanted. Furthermore, by not seeing and realizing Harley will let you build your bike on their website it came up to msrp $21699, ( same bike exactly I bought). so why then is the dealer hiding the prices and then when I do buy the bike I love end up paying almost $24000 and on top of that $1879 delivery fee. This is my thoughts, and it seems like all new vehicle sales does it. Smoke and mirrors. So, I feel I got ripped in upcharge on the Harley and upcharged on delivery fee, I don’t believe it cost that much in delivery. So realistically I got burned a extra $3000 of my $5000 down. Here is the worst. I’m told they only finance there option. Harley. I have a 800 credit score and am hit with 11+% interest rate on a Harley loan. I am actively changing my loan to veridian for 84 months at 7+% which ends up loss of interest to Harley finance. Please change this practice and be more honest up front guys. Even though my experience has been good, I’ll not trust the secret pricing structure ever again there. For this I give 3 stars
